I currently work in the marketing department for a small company. One of my responsibilities is creating content for our social media pages. This includes writing posts for projects, upcoming events and webinars, reposts, holidays, and anything else relevant to our industry. I have familiarized myself with the company's writing style, such as how we format posts for sharing projects and our professionalism when creating holiday posts. Recently, I discovered that I can use AI to assist in the creation of social media posts. I no longer have to come up with the content by myself each time. Rather, I can use AI to generate ideas and provide me with inspiration. I utilize Hootsuite  for creating and scheduling social media content. A brand strategy refers to the way a business presents itself to consumers and distinguishes itself from competitors. According to an article titled "What Is a Brand Strategy? And How to Create One" from Coursera , it is more "than just its name, logo, fonts, and colors," rather, it is the "sum of your business’s look and feel, personality, philosophy, values, and customer experiences" (1). In 2021, Kia overhauled its branding strategy with the intention of moving its brand up market. This included changes in the company's logo, brand colors, and website. I have heard the terms "artificial intelligence" and "AI" being used quite often recently. I was talking about artificial intelligence with a friend as we shared our thoughts about its future. A collegue at work showed me how she was using ChatGPT and other AI tools for marketing initiatives. Of course, I have learned about it in MBA 6601 and in undergraduate classes I have taken in previous semesters. AI seems to be a "hot topic" today. It relates to so much in our world whether that be healthcare management, social media, or robots to name a few examples. The term refers to the intelligence of a machine that performs tasks in such a way that we tend to associate it with the human mind. There are many reasons someone might use AI to read aloud text. Whether it be for convenience, to assist with comprehension, or for use in educational and professional environments, this tool can be incredibly helpful in a wide range of settings. With that being said, I thought it would be interesting to investigate play.ht . This is an AI powered text to voice generator tool that creates realistic audio. The program uses an online voice generator along with synthetic voices. It has a wide range of AI voices, speech styles, pronunciations, and features that users can choose from. I am familiar with quite a few different video editing softwares including Adobe Premiere Pro, Vimeo, Wondershare Filmora, and iMovie. When I became aware of the AI video editing software  wave.video , I was interested in trying it out for myself. For the text portion of this project, I used an abstract from my "Community-Clean" service project that I had pursued during my undergraduate studies. The process to generate the video in wave.video was quite simple. All I needed to do was insert a title and text, select video preferences like format and style, and simply click "create video." I thought it would be interesting to redesign a company's logo using AI. The logo I chose to redesign is from StormTrap , a stormwater management company I have worked for over the last two years. StormTrap provides solutions for managing runoff, protecting waterways, and improving property usage. This involves detention, infiltration, water quality, and other treatment solutions provided by a wide range of product offerings. My interest and understanding of the company is what made me interested in redesigning its logo specifically. Currently, StormTrap's logo is a grey box which represents the company's modular concrete stormwater management products. It appears to have blue water inside the box which is outlined in such a way that reads "ST" for "StormTrap".
